I do not need permission to lead.

I do not need validation from institutions that have historically excluded people like me.

Instead, I build. I collaborate. I lead with intention and truth.

Alongside Dr. Liza Suárez, Dr. Wendy Chu, and Viviana Patino, B.S., I am co-creating a trauma-informed training rooted in Lived Experience Expertise (LEE)—not theory alone, but life lived in the margins, and the healing and power that comes from it.

We are teaching humanity how to show up better for each other.

Not with saviorism. Not with research papers and disconnected policy. But with equity, accountability, and real tools for disrupting systems of harm.

We are not looking for applause. We are not here to be studied. We are here to lead transformation.
